    • very fast, looks great, lots of fun, strong fan
good sized table, playing field is about 6 1/2 feet, didnt want it any smaller. this table is fast. use polish and it is crazy fast. this table has metal edging on the inside of the playing field. we are animals and would destroy anything less. the fan is plenty strong enough, we use official dynamo 3.25 pucks which are a lot heavier and the fan has no issues. these pucks are why the metal edging is so important. scoring works fine, the scoring controls are in a spot where they can be hit by accident. shipping is hit or miss. we knew by tracking it was in town a week before scheduled delivery date. the only early notification we got was a call 15 minutes before the truck showed up. lucky someone was home. box was damaged here and there but again lucky everything was ok. this is one 8 foot box and it is over 300 pounds. assembly is quick and easy, i would suggest at least 3 people to flip table over when assembled. ... show more

    • A complete disappointment that scratches easily
Bought this as a gift to my son. The assembly is pretty easy, but the legs and other supports feel pretty flimsy. Seems reasonably stable when turned over, but hard to believe it really is given how weak the legs and other parts were. The table looks very nice - that is until you play it. While the air flow is decent, the surface quality is very poor and it scratches very easily. On the very first day, when my son had a few friends over, they played for a bit and I then noticed some very big scratches all over the surface. While they do not impact air flow and puck movement, the table now looks like it is 10 years old and has been abused the entire time, not like something I dropped almost a $1000 on a few weeks ago. The area around the playing field is also shiny, so it does little more than collect fingerprints and has to be wiped daily to look OK. Overall, so-so quality, less than durable surface, OK air flow. I am very disappointed in this table and would not recommend it to others. ... show more

    • Awesome table, other than visitor's game clock malfunction
Other than a problem with the game clock on the visitor's end of the table (which Escalade Sports promptly replaced) this has been an awesome table so far. We play everyday and love it. The table is very fast and appears to be very durable. Note that you should polish the table with furniture polish (WITH THE BLOWER ON) so the mallets/strikers slide smoothly. Otherwise the mallets will mark up the table. When polished periodically, however, the table stays fast and the mallets do not mark it up. ... show more

I bought this for my husbands birthday. The item arrived and the delivery driver hauled it off the truck and put it in my garage. There was some damage to the box that we checked and nothing under that area was damaged. After he left and i unpackaged it properly i realized one corner was crushed underneath and called amazon right away. I was put through to oversize items and, after being ready for a fight, was pleasantly met with a super helpful employee who told me my options (replacement, return or discounted price) and made the whole process very easy. Anyone who had problems getting a replacement or it not working... i have no idea what they tried to rectify the issue because amazon was seriously amazing through the whole process- give their customer service a chance before giving up! ... show more

    • Early issues - good support - having fun now
After some early issues with the unit's blower and electronics, the table appears to now be in very good working condition. Support from the customer service department was more than adequate as they supplied repair parts (at their cost) with reasonable urgency. The black surface does show markings up close, but from afar the table looks impressive. Time will tell how this unit performs, but for now my family and I should be set for years of fun. ... show more

    • Returned and still have not received a refund...
I expected more for the price I paid. When assembled properly, the sensors failed to work and would sometimes change the score sometimes not. I talked to someone about this and they asked if I could fix the sensor myself??? Whether not I could fix it, I am not supposed to touch the sensor or any electrical component within the table. I am supposed to assemble the table, nothing more. I STILL have not received a refund for this item after returning it. ... show more

The table itself is fairly well mad, but I have 3 issues that ultimately made me return this. The biggest issue was the size. Although the listing says 96x48, this is the outside dimensions. Not a huge deal but I was looking for a full size table. The playing surface size is 42.5" x 80.75" which shrinks the table well below the mentioned dimensions and the pictures make it hard to see how much on the goal sides is lost.. I would have accepted that for the price point but the next 2 issues got me rethinking the entire purchase. When I received the item the on / off toggle switch was broken. I was able to wire it temporarily for use until a new switch would arrive. 2nd electrical was the final straw. after playing for around 10 minutes the machine would randomly restart erasing the score. This seems to happen after it warms up and once it starts it does not stop until you let it cool down. A 3rd issues is the "touch" buttons are in a bad spot. When someone is plying it makes it very easy to hit one by mistake and restart a game. I have no doubt that I would get new parts when calling the manufacture but I decided I didnt want to pay this kind of money to keep swapping out parts. For what its worth I called Amazon large item support and they were fantastic. ... show more
