I was surprised by how soft and pure the water tastes. It’s even better than the bottled mineral water I used to buy. There’s no complicated installation. Just plug it in, and it’s ready to go. I can easily carry it in our RV, making it an excellent backup water source. We’ve got solar power, so it’s not a big deal. The only downside is that it takes longer to produce water than I expected. In a winter day, I may get 8 bottles of water(500ml each). I assume it will work more efficiently in the summer when the temperature and humidity are higher. This is something to keep in mind if you need a large amount of water quickly. Also keep in mind that you need to dispense the water from the tank when it’s full to allow the device to continue producing more water. I tried to put a humidifier near it. It proved it helps to make water much quicker! While the air temperature is below 55°F in my area, it stops working. Overall I am happy with this device. Highly recommended. ... show more

It may take a few extra days, but this product does in fact work at a lower humidity than what it says it requires. I've used larger machines like this in the past and the water was sweeter but I'm hoping that as the humidity increases the water softness will improve.

    • Small Tank
The purified water holding tank is smaller than what I was expecting. When the machine indicates it’s full, it dispenses about 0.6 liters until it’s empty. For clarification, 2.6 gallons is the maximum production of water in a day given the right conditions. 3.8L is the collection holding tank. When the machine shows full you can get around .6L of purified water then have to wait potentially couple of hours to refill. I couldn’t find a support phone number, website chat, or email. The only way to contact the seller is through the Amazon chat which they will reply pretty quick. Overall the system does work and you will get clean drinkable water. It wasn’t clear in the description, but the system does come ready to use with filters included which is a plus. Just having to dispense 0.6L at a time doesn’t work for me.
