Our TW4800 ran almost 12 years nonstop so replacing with another Atlantic Gardens pump was an easy decision. The installation was easy with the fittings matching up perfectly. We purchased this in January 2020 and it has worked great in the pond until just recently. It began working intermittently for a while and then not at all. We were very diligent about cleaning it out on a regular schedule. We saw on the listing that it has a 3 year warranty so we contacted Amazon about getting it fixed or replaced. They replied that we would have had to purchase their protection plan for them to replace it. We then reached out to Atlantic to see if they would honor the warranty. Not only were they prompt in their response (received a response email by 9:04 am after we sent a weekend email to them) but they quickly went through basic troubleshooting and then offered to replace the product. not sure it pumps what it says it is supposed to. I have another pump that is only a 6000 gal/hr and it pumps the same as the atlantic 7500 with all the same peramiters. It arrived fairly quick and had no problems with my order.
