The media could not be loaded. The laser worked great for the first couple of months. All of a sudden the laser stopped working. The laser head still goes through the movements like it's engraving but, the laser doesn't turn on and burn anything. I have been going back and forth with tech support and they keep asking for more pictures and videos. It's been over a month now and I'm still getting nowhere. The communication is slow and confusing. They asked me to take voltage measurements on the connector and send them voltage readings. Good thing I worked as an electronics technician. I feel bad for anyone who doesn't have this know how. Buyer be warned.
