The base can be placed on a convenient surface or can be mounted on the wall, saving on counter space. A 13-number memory dial feature lets to store your most frequently called numbers (up to 21 digits)--nine speed dials plus three emergency one-touch dials that are easy to program. A directory card is provided to keep track of all memory dial settings. A redial feature lets to quickly call the last outgoing number (up to 32 digits). Three ringer settings (off, low, and high) and three handset volume levels permit customization. Switchable tone and pulse dialing methods are also provided. The illuminated keypad helps to operate the phone even in darkly lit areas, while a prog/mute button on the handset lets you hear the other party while muting your side of the conversation. Clear sound, good grip.
Style: Beige
Pattern Name: Phone
I had this same phone model over three decades ago, so I'm in a position to compare with this new identical model. I'd like to address some concerns posted in some of the reviews I've seen: 1. Yes, the plastic feels more lightweight, but the phone still feels durable and should not fall apart. 2. Yes, the base is much lighter. But it has 4 black round grippy rubber feet under it, which grab onto my desk nicely , preventing the base from easily sliding. 3. The coiled handset cord is of sufficient length and is light and stretchy enough for me to pull the handset easily to 4 feet from the base without yanking the base or having it slide off the desk. 4. I tested the wall hanging feature because of reviews of the handset falling off the vertically-mounted base. Once you reverse the small plastic "hang-up tab" under the directory card on the base, the plastic lip will hold the phone just fine, as well as it did 3 decades ago. (The directions tell you how to do this.) 5. I like the switch that toggles between Pulse and Touch-Tone dialing. The switch position you need depends on the landline service to your home. 6. I love that there are 3 loudness settings for the earpiece. If you are an older person like me, you'll appreciate the maximum loud setting to clearly hear what the other party is saying. 7. There are 3 settings for the ringing: Loud, Soft, and None. I choose None so that I don't have to hear incoming calls from salespeople. (My cell phone takes the message anyway.) 8. It feels good to have a real phone in your hands. You can dial it with your thumb on the holding hand or use one hand to hold and the other to dial. No annoying batteries or transformers to plug in the wall. 9. Yes, the backlit numbers aren't lit that well. There is just one light in the center, with the numbers farther away dimly lit. I don't care. (The original phone years ago did the same thing.) 10. The handset, though a bit lighter than the original, still has some weight and heft to it, making it feel like a real phone. 11. You can program numbers that can be automatically dialed, especially in an emergency. I'm very happy with the purchase.

A Staple in Our Household The AT&T TRIMLINE 210 Corded Home Phone has become an essential part of our home. In an era where mobile phones rule, having a reliable landline is reassuring. It's a straightforward device that does exactly what it's supposed to do—make and receive calls without fuss. Easy to Use and Install I especially appreciate how easy it was to set up this phone. The wall-mount feature is pretty straightforward, saving precious counter space in our kitchen. Plus, no AC power is required, which makes it even more convenient. User-Friendly Features The lighted big-button keypad is a hit in our household. It makes dialing numbers a breeze, even for the elders in our family. The 13 SpeedDial keys and last-number redial function further add to the ease of use. Clear Sound, No Complications The volume control is simple, but it does its job. Calls come in loud and clear, which is particularly important to us. Even the mute and flash functions work seamlessly, making the phone a functional part of our daily lives. A Trusted Brand AT&T has always been a go-to brand for home phones, and this product keeps that trust intact. If you're looking for a dependable, easy-to-use landline phone, this is a worthy option.

Good quality trimline phone just like the original.
Style: Beige
Pattern Name: Phone
My very old original trimline phone finally quit on me and I was so sad. It fit perfectly in a small space on my kitchen wall! I was so happy to find this and it works perfectly. I was able to install it quickly, the only drawback for me was the connection wire was way to long, thankfully I had saved the old one. Overall a great buy.

AT&T TRIMLINE Corded Phone - Beige Color
Style: Beige
Pattern Name: Phone
I needed a new phone (landline) and was happy to find an AT&T Trimline. This is just like the phones of years past. Easy to use and it has a pleasant ring. I was disappointed that I couldn't find a longer cord in beige for the phone, but when necessary, I just move the phone to a more convenient location where I'm sitting.

Not everything works
Style: Pink
Pattern Name: Phone
I bought my mom a phone. Spent 20 minutes trying to get a dial tone. Had 2 other people try. The house line is fine it was the line to connect the phone to the jack that wasn't any good. If you buy this phone you need to buy your own connecting line.
