Heart rate, notifications, calls are great. The sleep tracker doesn't say I'm awake until I start my morning workout. I'm not lying in bed. I'm getting water, brushing teeth, etc. It also puts me to sleep while watching tv sometimes. I was skeptical of the blood glucose, and I was right to be. It just makes spikes at normal mealtimes. I've had it spike my blood glucose when I haven't eaten. One morning, I had sugary oatmeal at 5:30, but I didn't have a spike until 9am...the same time as every day. I am similarly suspicious of spo2, blood pressure, etc. They don't seem to track with what I'm actually doing. I think it just makes random data that looks possible. Blood pressure doesn't go up while exercising, spo2 doesn't go down while holding breath. If you want a heartrate tracker, something to view notifications without pulling out your phone, and weather, this does the job. As I said, Ok for the price. ... show more
