Second time purchasing am ASUS laptop. Easy setup, everything synced okay from my iPhone and old Windows 10 laptop. Everything is running much smoother now. Design is good, like the keyboard and the graphics are great. Price was also great.

I had this product for a few days and ended up returning it because the description of the graphic card did not match what I got. I was able to return it without any issues, and kudos to the seller on that matter. Weirdly, 3 days after the initial setup, I started getting emails and OTP text messages alerting me of unknown access to everything I had signed in on that laptop, including my PayPal account. I'm not sure if that was due to a virus or spyware installed on the machine, but I couldn't do a complete Windows restore when returning the laptop, which was also weird. I didn't post it before because I thought it wouldn't be possible to have a virus in a Windows that wasn't even set up yet, but after hearing about the 'Acemagic Spyware' issue, I know now it IS possible. Again, not saying this comes with a virus/spyware because I could not run a malware detection on it (that's why 3 stars), but keep an eye on your accounts in case you get alerts. ... show more
