I was a big fan of ASUS but this particular laptop disappointed me. I recently bought this laptop and both sides of its display panel corners are chipped and fell pieces (please see pics). Very badly engineered!!!

    • Wonderful Computer at a Reasonable Amount of Money
First thing's first, the computer came just in time. It came with some stickers for the computer and a stylus. The stylus was okay, sadly I accidentally broke it due to twisting the cap too much. Sometimes the stylus doesn't respond so I had to keep re-opening the pen so it responses. The computer in my opinion, has a nice performance. It can take gaming to an extent. But too much would make the computer overheat and make some sounds. The battery life isn't the best if you're gaming but for everyday browsing it would be average. Overall I love this computer and it is definitely worth the money. **Also if you guys have any alternatives for the stylus, I would love some suggestions. Preferably, a rechargeable one would be nice because I dont have good history with the batteries. ... show more

    • Brand new and already has some problems
If not for the two problems I've been experiencing, I would love this laptop SO much! Unfortunately, the power cord is already failing because it frequently isn't recognized when plugged in. Additionally, the camera works the first time it is turned on, but if you turn it off at all it doesn't turn back on until you restart the computer. So this is obviously a very annoying problem in the age of Zoom calls. ... show more

    • lots of horsepower for a small package
I bought this to replace my Android tablet. I wanted to be able to read books & watch videos while traveling. I also wanted to be able to do some C# programming. This thing runs Visual Studio like a boss. All of the information I had said that this device had 8GB of RAM upgradeable to 16GB. When I opened it up (watch videos on how to do this before you attempt it or you'll wreck your device) I found that the SO-DIMM memory slot was full. I replaced the memory in the slot with a 16GB module. It turned out that there was already 4GB on the motherboard, so now I'm at 20GB of RAM (more than they claim you could upgrade to). The SDXC slot is very nice to have. You can get some really large Micro-SD cards for media / books and they don't stick out from the device like a thumb drive. ... show more

I’ve used it for two years. The laptop has been unable to charge the battery since a couple of days ago. It always stays at 0% battery.

I purchased this for my son for virtual learning. Ita lightweight so easy for my 6 yr old to carry around and back and forth to his dads and my home. Its easy to use. Graphics are good for mineceaft and the sound is amazing. Very good product.
