The board won't let you set a manual overclock but it still gives you a lot of options to force your K/KF CPU to it's TDP limit, for most people that game, this will really be all you need, if you want to get a stupid high frequency on LN2 then yeah, don't use H670, but if you don't even know what you're doing in BIOS for CPU tweaks then this is the board for you. Upgraded off a 4.7ghz 6600K to a 12700KF with this board and let me tell you, it's kinda nice to not have to spend several hours figuring out exact overclock settings that'll actually be stable for playing games on your specific configuration with your specific CPU's silicone ... show more

    • Bad PCIE spot = no GPU
After a brutally frustrating build in two different cases, two different processors, and with two different mobos, it turns out the PCIE slot for the Nvidia GPU doesn't work on the new h670 board. Really?! How hard is it to 1. Have EZ flash on your board so that it can support future tech without a CPU (Eg 13th Gen intel) and to QC it so that everything works??? It literally takes two processors to use a 13th Gen intel processor in this Gen of boards because the mobo companies are lazy and have taken native bios flashing away from us. How hard is it to include that??? ... show more

The board is good and the performance is really good, the only issue I had is there's something wrong with the insulation of the back IO and sometimes if hdmi is connected to the iGPU it causes a strange behavior in the monitor. Anyway, I don't use that socket and have a dedicated GPU, now I dont face any issues with hdmi through the gpu. ... show more
