    • Unusable Screen, No Seller Support – Proceed with Extreme Caution

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the ASUS TUF Gaming A16 Laptop in September, and unfortunately my experience has been consistently negative due to serious and escalating hardware issues. Since the purchase, the laptop’s display has exhibited frequent and severe graphical problems, including heavy pixelation, and persistent screen flickering. On multiple occasions, the screen has gone completely white, rendering the device unusable. These issues occur unpredictably and have progressively worsened over time, significantly impacting basic use. Equally concerning is the lack of after-sales support. I have contacted the seller, Delca Electronics, multiple times to report these issues and request assistance, but have received no response. The absence of communication or support has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Given the seriousness of the display defects and the complete lack of seller responsiveness, I cannot recommend this purchase. Potential buyers should be aware of these risks and consider alternative sellers or products with more reliable quality control and customer support. ... show more

Amazing laptop but, I had use this almost 2 years ago half now it seems started to break down maybe I had used it too much? The fan goes very loud and I can hear it across my bed it’s ease of setup, functionality is good but I’m just not too sure if a gaming laptop would last 2 years or 3.

    • Ram issues with software

Bought refurbished laptop, had 50/50 chance to BSoD on start. Clean installed Windows 10 with no issues till window updates. Laptop instantly bsods when both ram sticks are inserted, both independantly both work fine in either slot. Problem seems to be software given base window 10 had no issues, but windows 11 automatic updating and windows 10 updater lead to issues. All drivers and firmware were updated, except the usual SMBus driver that doesn't want to install the newest driver off chip set. Asus tools in bios also passes both ram independantly, but fails at 25% when both are checked together. Works, but would have been better if sold with only 1 ram stick, or if manufactors pushed solid software support. ... show more

I purchased the ASUS TUF Gaming A16 FA617TNT, expecting a high-quality laptop, but I have encountered multiple critical issues that make it unreliable. 1)Screen Problems: -The screen frequently displays severe graphical distortions, such as pixelation, flickering, and artifacts. -At times, it goes completely black, making the laptop unusable. -I have tried reinstalling drivers, updating BIOS, and booting in Safe Mode, but the problem persists. 2) Internal Storage Failure: -The laptop regularly fails to detect the second internal disk drive, requiring constant restarts for it to be recognized. 3)Sleep Mode Malfunction: -The system does not respect sleep settings even when configured to stay awake. -I have left programs running to avoid sleep mode, but the laptop still enters sleep unexpectedly, disrupting my work. These persistent failures make the device unusable for work or gaming. Given the high cost of this laptop, I expected better quality and reliability. Since the product is still under warranty, I request an immediate repair or full replacement. If these issues cannot be resolved, I expect a full refund. ... show more
