Day 1 I have gotten random restarts. Upon searching only fix is replacing internal parts. Occasionally the screen just will not turn on. I expect a bit more after spending so much but apparently quality built just cannot be expected. Prior to buying this one we got my wife an ASUS Rog. She still gets regular issues with the screen shutting off and overall poor manufacturing quality. This is shameful and what I would expect from bottom barrel cheap machines not near top end gaming laptops. Do yourself a favor and get something else ... show more

    • Worst expensive computer ever
Extremely dissatisfied with this product. Screen/hardware errors starting happening very soon after first use. Worked with Asus support. They appear extremely unaware of technical support at all. Seem to be reading from a screen and no knowledge of computers. Problems got worse to the point of unusable. Now have to send back to Asus, on my dime, within the first year, will take up to 14 days, not including shipping time. Very expensive computer to be trash already and with horrible support. Absolutely would not buy again ... show more

    • Graphics Card Hardware Issues
Within a few days of using the laptop, it started having issues with the screen flickering and going out. Customer service was terrible.
