I did a lot of research for a gaming laptop and all roads led me to this laptop. I picked this up while it was on sale last December. It is the best value for the money. It is a Xmas gift for my 11 year old. He plays some FPS, this video card will easily handle any games he can throw at it and the screen is beautiful - 144hz. Played COD 1080P at 60fps, no problem!     • I haven't returned it...but
So overall the machine is fine. I guess when I purchased it, I was thinking that Asus, AMD, and TUF Gaming would have a very solid machine. Here are my cons: 1) Keyboard and Mouse are very cheap feeling. 2) Power supply huge and no USB-C charging 3) With really no software upgrades, I have received the blue screen a couple time and then it just out of the blue will reboot and ask me to login to the bios (just hard power off for that to go away). Pros: 1) Fast machine for the price! 2) Works for me with Adobe Premiere Pro - Graphics Card is compatible 3) I use it for writing software and it seems good for that. 4) Like the colorful backlight on the keyboard. ... show more

    • Cheap build quality
There was loads of screen flex. Miles of keyboard flex the touchpad was loose and The mouse was awful to use. Just holding a thing. It felt cheap. Probably my first and last ASUS product sending back and buying a different laptop.

I bought this particular laptop because of the specs and prices, I very rarely pick anything other than an HP but I figured for the price what the heck. It performs as expected so far with minor glitches in the bios and getting started on all the updates took some time. The biggest complaint I have is it rattles when you type and it drives me nuts. Considering returning it and paying the extra 500. Ok for a starter but not for a spoiled heavy user. ... show more

Se calienta demasiado, 88°C (190°F) con un juego q no es tan exigente no es normal, y menos para una tarjeta de video d gama media. A veces se traba y se pone un poco lenta. No está mal del todo pero por un precio parecido se pueden encontrar mejores opciones.
