I used this in a gaming pc build with an Asus AMD 670e motherboard and Mid atx case (fractal meshify 2 compact), and Nvidia rtx 40xx series graphics card. It included the perfect number of cables for the motherboard and all the VRM’s and had the appropriate 16 pin connector for the video card. The cables are extremely high quality and individually sleeved, and I had a good length and slack when routing. The cables are somewhat stiff, given that they are either solid core or a tightly woven multi strand so I used a highlighter to make tight and smooth bends in tight clearance areas in my case. The PSU is very cool and quiet. I also read multiple reviews which showed that voltages are very stable and precise up to full rated load. I can’t speak to the lighting as the power supply is entirely enclosed in my installation. Also, in my installation, the fan is correctly oriented with regard to outside air in my case. ... show more

It’s pretty quiet, hooked my 4900 and 7800x3d with the 850w and started up, I even used the cable supplied with the power supply the 12vhpwr that plugs directly into the power supply… I’m getting tired of bad info on the web and read the negative reviews of power supplies and of 670x motherboards etc. it’s crazy the amount of info just done by people who have no idea what they’re doing or are just competitors that want to cast doubt on products. This is a quality power supply, it does what I need it to do. If there are problems down the road I’ll revise my review. ... show more

This thing looks great, and so far so good, seems to be doing the job just fine. The build quality is top notch, and Asus reeled me back in for a motherboard and stuff after giving this PSU a try. If your case allows the psu to be seen then why not get a pretty one.
