Worked fine on my first build of a PC. Supposedly one of the best 2070 super cards (others being one of the FTW+ cards and another whose name I forgot). I'm happy with it since it had Amazon Prime, so being "one of the best" 2070 supers and prime made it worth the extra $60 that it costs more than other 2070 supers. Build-wise, it has a metal plate covering on one side and 3 nice big fans on the other (though it is a big card that just snugly fits in my Meshify C case). I don't notice the sound at all though while I'm gaming, and I use speakers on a generally low-setting. Has two little LEDs I think to show that it's working properly. Also lights up modestly to light up the little "Republic of Gamers" text and the Rog strix symbol. The lighting is soft and red, and it looks perfect in my case that has black tempered glass. You can see it well, but it isn't a rainbow UFO coming to abduct you either. Pairs nicely with my b450 tomahawk max motherboard that also has a few soft red LEDs under it, and the black color of my case.

This GPU has exceeded expectations. Yes, there are better out there in the Nvidia line, but after the 2070 super you’re getting diminishing returns. Now on to this particular card, my temps have never exceeded 62degrees under full load. The 3 fans on this thing do their job and they do it well. Keep in mind, I’m achieving these temps with 40-50% fan speeds. I did a ton of research on the 2070 super before deciding on this one so I THOUGHT I knew what I was getting when purchasing this, but holy cow it out performed the numbers I was seeing on YT and other tech sites (mine is paired with an i5 9600K btw) Also keep in mind this card is big and HEAVY. I ordered a little gpu support to prevent any future sag. To sum it up, just get this card! You won’t be disappointed.

To start off let me say that this is a fantastic card! Whether your playing high refresh rate 1440p or 4k resolution you really arent going to have any issues doing so. Before buying this card I prompted to save a bit of money and tried the rx5700xt asus strix as well, card was such a nightmare with driver issues and instability and high temps. Long story short now I have this beautiful card that out of the box boosts upto 2125mhz and i havent seen temps go above 55c, and of course I've never even heard the fans! I would strongly reccomend this card even though it's more expensive than some, it's worth every penny!

The media could not be loaded. I upgraded from a 1660 OC and man this thing is amazing. It’s quieter and thermals stay pretty low even at load. The card is huge though as you can seen in my Phanteks p300. I ended up vertically mounting it because there are 2 bright white power indicator leds where the 8-pin connectors are that bothered me. Those lights are always on and just didn’t look great, I could have just put some black electrical tape over it but..... Anyway I went from about 80-90fps on max settings with a 1660 to 140+FPS at ultra with RTX on.

I game on a 1440p 144hz g sync monitor and the 2070 super is a great match for it. I see around 40 fps more than the 980ti it replaced and it also runs cooler with less power. I don't really have any rtx games yet, but the games I do have are all smooth. I can't tell you how many reviews and youtube videos I watched on this card, This card is a winner. Card is massive in size and has good weight to it. You can tell the quality is there by holding it in your hand. I really haven't messed with the rgb effects to give a comment on that, but it is pulsing red by default. One very annoying thing about this card is 2 super bright led lights at the power connectors. They are red if no power is applied to the port but as soon as a cable is plugged in , it turns into a white light that will illuminate a dark room and possibly ruin a color scheme in your case. They may be a way to turn them off with software, but I'm too busy playing games to care that much about it. Do not expect to see any included games through an nvidia promotion as amazon will not provide keys. They are not participating in any promotions for buying this card or other rtx cards.

This card is supposed to be a step below the best out there but I find it's slightly under par. Good software and very user friendly but those fans... Damn. WAY too loud and there is no way to then them down. Silent mode does basically nothing but make you think it might be trying to keep quiet. Probably would buy again but who knows what'll happen in the future. Still waiting to try out the RTX but that's not the point of this review. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't want to worry about their video card. This thing pretty much plays anything with Max settings. Not disappointed.

It does not come with a driver DVD, not that it matters that much. When I went to install it in my Antec tower case, I had to remove some drive bays as the card was too long to fit where the previous Asus founder edition GTX board was. Good thing I have metal sheers. The output is gorgeous on Far Cry 4 and Watch Dogs 2 on my Dell 30" 2560x1600 monitors
