Buyer beware!! When I received this computer, it would not boot at all. I called ASUS tech support with the number provided and they had me do a couple of things to see if we could get it to boot. It did not work so they said I could send it in for repairs for a charge. I said I just received the computer, and it should be under warranty, they said the warranty had expired. I decided to send the computer back to the seller for a refund, thinking that was the easiest solution. The seller gave a refund but shorted me $387.20. I asked for an explanation and all they said was they follow Amazons refund policy. That was all that was said. I asked for a better explanation and have not heard back from the seller. I sent the computer back to them with all the parts and in the same condition I received the computer. So now I do not have a computer, and I am out $387.20. This company is a rip off!! They do not back their products. If you get a computer from this company, you better pray that it works with no problems. If you send it back, you will not get a full refund. I have shopped on Amazon for many years and have never had such a bad experience. I will look elsewhere for a computer. ... show more
