When I received my order, the seal looked like it had been opened and put back on again. Inside, you could tell that the plastic wrapper of the tablet had already been opened and couple of times. Upon start up, the tablet function does not work, no pen and no mousepad could were in the box. Looks likes the vendor already opened the unit (or this was found defective and previously returned by another buyer), knew the unit had defects, and just repacked it and sold it again. Learned my lesson and will not be buying laptops on Amazon in the future, especially not from this vendor. ... show more

Started randomly blue screening and restarting after about a year. When unplugged the laptop would blue screen every few minutes. Did a full factory reset, system reinstall to no avail. Took it to two repair shops who also couldn’t fix the issue. Was quoted $1,000 to replace the hardware.
