I have 2 other ASUS desktop and 10 year old laptop, which I love but this one has been a bit of a challenge. I had it all set up for about 4 days ,tried to log in and I had an error message. Had to take it to the local computer store and they had to remove everything that I loaded and then had to start all over again reloading. As of now it is working ok but was so disappointed that I had to pay $150 to get it fixed after paying $2,000 to buy the computer. Still one issue when I shut down sometime it did not shutdown and when I use it again the batterie is dead. It is passed the return date so I will have to live with it or go back to the computer store to see if that can be correct which means more money out of my pocked. I gave it 4 stars because it is working ok for now except for the shutdown issue. Hopefully nothing else goes wrong. As of Sept 9.2025 the power cord does not work and looking for a replacement. ... show more
