Ordered and received this item today and the one I got doesn't have the right processor in it. It was noticably slow which was what made me check it in the first place. The computer worked fine but the vendor did not do a clean install. In trying to set up the computer it kept insisting last name was Guteris with a Mexico phone number. In addition, all notifications were in Spanish, which Google could translate. I wasted half a day trying to sort it out with the new owner's info. For the price saving, I probably would have been happier with a new, unused item. ... show more
