The best laptop I ever had This model doesn't have the numeric pad on the touchpad (I thinks just the "volt green" models had that) but even without that Im in love with the laptop. I bought it from Mexico so the final price was a little expensive (like 2k dls) but with that money here in Mexico I just found trash, actually the Intel ultra model doesn't exist here xd So I'm very happy with this purchase :D ... show more

The advertisement is false and misleading. The description says a laptop, but it is a notebook. It says the screen size is 16”, but it’s actually 13”. There is no number pad at all! not in the center, nor to the side! I spent $2k on this product because of what was advertised! The hassle of returning and purchasing a different laptop is very off putting. There should be a policy against false advertisement! My rating is based on experience not the products functionality ... show more

Out of the box, the first time I charged it, the screen went black every time I unplugged and/or plugged it in, and it still does that. Even after taking proper care of it, it's slown down a bit and can't handle as much as I would assume it would for two grand. Disappointing.
