When I got this computer I was needing the cheapest possible computer that I could still do work on. I did not expect it to be high quality but I was pleasantly surprised that I was still able to do development work on it. Chromebooks have the ability to run Linux and terminal which is sufficient for my needs. Initially I used it as a word processor but I was also able to get a WordPress site up and running on it with no problems. It does lag when I have too many tabs open and the Astra Theme editor I use for my WordPress site does lag, but for the price it will do the job which is all that matters. At this price point I do not mind as much if it is lost or stolen which used to be a problem for me after having several Mac-books stolen. The touch-pad has great responsiveness and allowed me to work efficiently. Pros: One of the least expensive computers available on Amazon. So it's a cheap laptop and honestly it's not the greatest, purchased it for my husband when he travels but he wasn't able to use it because he doesn't understand how to use it, would have returned it but just it was outside of the return time frame, it would be good for like I guess just a kid getting on Facebook or checking emails but that's about it ... show more
