I got the Asus Vivobook 16x, 16 Ram, RTX 4050, and 1 TB but the I9 was not 5,4 Ghz as it should be. It was 2,60 Ghz as soon as I received, I checked it out. All the other characteristics are awesome for the price quality. Great PC, but I dont know why I got diferent Ghz

Bad quality laptop with unsupported hardware. They added a lot of high performing parts but the laptop was not able to handle. Bad configuration and bad laptop. Worse seller inputs. No one should buy asus laptops and no one should buy from here

UPDATE:- Received my laptop from the service centre, yesterday. It is working fine as of now. I have made it 3 star from 1 star due to the service experience. It went smoothly, the technician was very helpful and felt reaffirmed. Hope everything goes well. One positive was that there is an international warranty so I was saved from paying anything for the repairs. ORIGINAL:- I had an Acer laptop which wasn't that old and was working without any problems. Since I was craving a laptop with dedicated graphics and a 120hz display, I went ahead and bought this laptop during Black Friday deals. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every penny with its hardware prowess and the brand image "Asus". Eventually, realising that my workload was too low (hardly reaching 25% of the CPU + onboard graphics) for this laptop to handle, I was planning to exchange this laptop with my sis who could use a powerful laptop with dedicated graphics for her work. Right after the return period ended with Amazon, I started facing minor issues. Initially, it was that the laptop would not wake up from sleep mode. Then the display used to be blank. I resorted to the troubleshooting provided by Asus and it didn't help much. I tried resetting the laptop by using Asus Cloud Recovery and the installation ended up in BOSD (attached). I tried a fresh installation of Win 11 and once the installation was somehow completed (without internet as the wireless driver was not available), it used to work for some time, but as soon as the automatic updates started installing drivers, the system would crash. This went on so many times, that I finally ended up giving to an Asus service partner here in Qatar. Right now it is with them for 2 weeks. So here I am without a laptop, searching for a job using my mobile phone and regretting selling my perfectly working Acer laptop which was 5 years old, since my 4-month-old Asus laptop is in the Service centre awaiting parts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this laptop to anyone. I am not sure if my case is unique, but still! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I tried using adobe premiere to edit some videos but still I experienced tiny errors. And the other thing that I really don't like is the keyboard. It has numbers on the right side of the keyboard which I find very useless. I'd prefer to have that space for other useful buttons like bigger direction controls, page up and page down. The fact that I found this laptop on Amazon pick is kinda dissapointing, it's not as good as it claim it is. But for other things like watching movies and to write, it's still good. ... show more
