    • What to do!
The entire process was very easy. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to repair the television is short order. The necessary parts were ordered delivered a few days before the technician arrived.

    • Unbelievably Fast Service
I am having an issue with my Sony Bravia 55” tv. Since the tv was still under warranty with Asurion I called to have a claim filed on my tv to be repaired. I called the toll free number and started the claim process. The next day Asurion called me to tell me a local company would be out to repair my tv and they would be calling me. I no sooner hung up the phone that the TV Repair company called and said they would be out to work on he tv. The repairman saw what the tv was doing and said it was the panel ( tv screen) and was unrepairable. That evening I received an email from Asurion saying to expect an Amazon gift card for the purchase price of my tv minus state taxes. Ten minutes later the emailed gift card arrived. I was amazed by how fast things went from start to finish and will buy the Asurion Protection Plan again to insure my next tv set. ... show more

Used this TV protection plan. Lost Pixel on tv screen. Asurion responded immediately with repair person in our area. Problem diagnosed and found to not be repaired. Once report from service repair person was received, they responded within a few days with gift card for the initial cost of tv and insurance price! Awesome all the way around. ... show more
