Battery is my only complaint. Needs to be charged after 2 nights of gameplay(4hr max each night). Low battery doesn't just warn you once or make a subtle sound, instead it cuts the audio to loudly beep. Scared the **** out of me multiple times now. Otherwise it has solid sound quality and connectivity. Comfortable for my head but some people may find out that it doesn't have enough adjustment to fit. Compatible with my pc and xbox series x. Price was a bit high but there's not many options for a dongle type headset compatible with xbox/pc. 4/5 rating if the battery doesn't get worse than current state

Great headphones for the price, overall sound is a little better than I was expecting, surround sound is much better than I was expecting. I gave 4 stars because of a little quirk that is frustrating and I've never had with past headsets- every time I turn my PC on I have to unplug the receiver and plug it back it so that the button will work that let's me change it from xbox mode to PC mode. So it will have a green light indicating xbox.... oddly enough sometimes it works that way but most of the time I need the light to be yellow for PC and without resetting it the light to change it simply does nothing. The other quirk is that the software to update the firmware shows available updates.... allows an update to be performed... says it was successful... but still wants to do the same update. If you can live with those 2 things then I highly recommend these if this is about what you wanted to spend.

Why Microsoft doesn’t support native Bluetooth is beyond me. I own a bunch of BT headsets so it’s really annoying to have another for my Xbox. But that’s a Microsoft issue not an Astro one. I didn’t want to drop too much money on a headset, but since it’s strictly for gaming I didn’t care about good audio quality for music. The A20 hits the mark on that. This would easily be a 3 star review but it’s priced so well I went with 4. Sound quality for gaming is good enough, comfort is good enough, and battery life is good enough. But the value is high. My biggest complaint is the headset has a USB-C charging port but will NOT charge off of a USB-C port. It will only charge in a USB-A port. That makes no sense. Like most other Xbox headsets it has its own USB dongle which I’ve found I can move to some interesting random devices and have it work. Again that’s not Astros fault. The volume could stand to go louder as well but it’s good enough for gaming. Overall it’s a great Xbox headset at the price point it’s at. The quality is what I’ve always expected from Astro.
