    • Looks good and decent but did not work on my PS5 Controller audio headphones socket.

Product in incompatible with a PS5, I tested it in different ways, the funny thing is that it works on a Laptop, so I think this was for laptops and somebody re packed it and try to sell is as compatible with a PS5. I also tried the included Y cable and did not work. It works fine in the laptop to hear music, and maybe for chatting but I did not test the microphone, The Y cable as per instructions is needed for the laptop IT worked for music again I dont know if it is needed to use the microphone. The unit construction is good and the pads are made of some king of cloth which was why I bought this as any plastics in less that 6 months gets destroyed on all ones I have had. I am looking for something that does not self destruct. It is Sad that this cannot be used with my PS5 as you will barely hear anything with them almost and distorted. It may be related to the connector. I even thought my PS5 Controller audio socket for Headphones was damaged by this cable but it works fine with my old headphones. I returned this bad unit as it may be this unit and will check the new one when I receive it.. ... show more

One of the best brands of head sets. Had so many head sets wires get damanged or plugs quit working. These you can just order a cheap new wire rather than a whole new head set. I have had my pair for 4 years and bought these for the boy and havnt had to replace anything yet.

This was a good headset until it wasn't. The padded ear pieces keep falling off and I have put them back on several times, but they keep falling off. Otherwise they have been really good.

I don't typically review DOA or defective items because that doesn't help YOU and other potential buyers. It skews an items review when people whine about stuff like defective items, missing parts, slow shipping, etc. Usually, these have nothing to do with the product itself. But we're not talking about a fluke here bc I have the same problem a dozen or so other customers have with this headset: ONLY ONE EARPIECE WORKS and the side that DOES work sounds awful. I tried multiple devices...unplugged, replugged.... nada. I wouldn't buy these new OR refurbished bc you can count on them going dead sooner rather than later. Don't waste your time even if this particular model is on sale or refurb discounted. ... show more
