Was able to get my upper rad hose replaced on my 2014 Jeep Cherokee thanks to this pliers. I had bought a lesser priced tool that did not work. This one is made well and one side of the pliers is thin enough to get under the one side of the clic clamp with no issues to allow fastening and flip it to unfasten if needed. This is a great tool. I was able to remove all of the clips off the hoses on our Mercedes Diesel, and recuse them without any issues .... You can't do your own service on a Mercedes if you don't have one of these, and torx sockets ,,,

I was about to purchase a set of $75 clic-r pliers to remove the fuel hose clic-r clamps on my 2018 Sprinter. These work fine and were less than 1/3 the cost. The construction feels pretty solid - no cheap metal weight.
