I love these knives. SHARP. With built in sharpener. Blades are sturdy and cuts smoothly. Handles feel good in the hand and the weight of the knives seem sufficient. I would buy these again. The white handles look slightly pearlized to me, but that could be wishful thinking.

I have been using these knives exclusively for well over a month & they're sturdy, relatively easy to handle & super sharp. The combination provides a nice range, including a few real standouts (the bread knife & Santoku 7" are my favorites), and overall, the set should satisfy most kitchen needs. However, the shorter knives could pose a greater injury risk than I would normally care for due to their short handles immediately rounding into the blade (see photo). I've cut myself several times & have learned to be more careful with them than I've had to be with my other knives, especially when hand-washing. I've been able to adequately adapt though & even the paring & utility knives have provided an easy transition (I had expected to resist them because the style is so different from what I'm used to). It's a reasonable set & I have been pleased.

These knives are really nice. Plus it has the sharpener so every time you wash them you can do a quick swipes of the sharpening stone put it away and you’re ready for your next steak. They clean real nice, no rust are tarnish, if you’re thinking about it, get them! Thanks
