This particular brand of Jordan almonds is wonderful! When you first open the bag and get that soft, sweet smell of candy and fresh almonds, it’s on! The nuts are hard yet soft. Fresh and they smell amazing! There is also a nice arrangement of small and larger almonds. The larger almonds tend to be harder and that hurts my teeth so I like the smaller ones as well. All you can taste is sugar. Way too sweet! It was almost like adding the almond in the center was an afterthought. The shell was ok. Hardness ok. Can't tell about the freshness because all I taste is the awful sweet shell! The best thing I can say about these almonds is that the pastel colors are pretty if you can focus just on them and not on all the white ones in the bag. I won't buy these again.
