I have yet to find a way to turn off or edit the RGB logo it in software near the southbridge and it's a bit annoying because its right in the corner of my eye. This is one of the only motherboards that i've seen in quite a while that offers EIGHT Sata ports on the motherboard. Yet Asrock was too cheap to give up more than 2 sata cables? Really? REALLY?

The motherboard is great with all the features but It required flashing a new BIOS (for Intel 13th Gen) before it would work. I eventually found this out and it might have been listed on the product page but was not very clear or obvious. The error that the motherboard seemed to indicate was an issue with RAM which amplified the difficulty in diagnosing a simple BIOS update. ... show more

    • Not Riptide, should be Ripoff. Defective, and damaged the other components, and hard to return.

I tried to build a new PC with this piece of junk, and the board ended up damaging the memory I put in to it (A little nick partway down on each memory I tried putting in which took a while to spot.) Not only did this damage everything else I put into it, but it's even hard to return; you have to get every part included and original packaging which is hard to put back together if you only realize it's defective late.
