So far not living up to expectations. Second day after charging I had rode the bike 4.4 miles the night before. Wanted to ride to work which is 10 miles so of the 65 miles expected I shouldn't of had a problem riding to work and back without a charge, the bike died 2.2 miles from my destination at 15.2 miles riden. This is less than 25% of the expected 65miles after charging. So not very happy with my purchase definitely feel like I was lied to about mileage expectations ... show more

Top speed not nearly 36 (I’m 220 so I didn’t expect that but only 25on an even plain.) Poor quality control (can’t get my right pedal screwed in.) Yeah it was made in China. But you get what you pay for. And yea the grammical errors are to show you that I’m not a bot.

Goodish buy. Been very interesting. Reach 31mph (Im 115pounds), I mostly only ride on pass 1 (max 20mph) due to our speed limit and only use the other passes if Im crossing the street or junctions. Ran out of battery twice, paddling is hard😂 I usually only charge it once a week because the distance I go and consumption is very low even though I use it daily. Max range that i got is 30. Customer support is sofar for me non-existent. I emailed them on 3rd July and still haven't heard anything back. Good luck with that. Overall it has been very nice, especially dirt roads, it feels like a dirt bike. Very uncomfortable when the road is bad but I usually just stand when going through dips and stuff to soften the impact more. Stability is a minor problem but you get use to it. Back brakes are bad, I press both brakes to be able to stop in situations, if you only use back then it takes about 10ft to stop and even more with higher speed ... show more

Ive had this bike for a week on the dot now. The back brake takes ages to fully come to a stop and the front brakes are extremely squeaky and it rubs against the caliber while riding making this awfull screeching sound the battery life is no where near the claimes 65 miles. Im 15 years old and 124 pounds and the max ive gone in mode 3 full time is about 20-30 miles. Ive gone 100 miles already and had it die 3 times alredy. It pretty durable aside frome the crank arm, its bent after 1 fall and is making a huge scratch in the swing arm. The highest speed ive gone is about 32 again im 15 yo and 124 pounds so its pretty fast. Some areas you definitely get what you pay for, but its definitely it bike worth $519. Im hopefully gonna get some upgrades soon hopefully some new brakes ... show more

I’ve put over 200 miles on this e-bike. The 36MPH top speed cuts my commute time in half on back roads. Battery gives me about 60 miles of real-world range with mixed hills and PAS level 3. I appreciate the removable 48V 20AH battery – I carry it up to my apartment for charging. The 2500W motor pulls hard even on steep gravel climbs. The 45° climbing spec is legit. ... show more
