I opted for a home-base park after COVID and haven't really settled into my space. I ordered this furniture as a birthday gift for myself. I wanted my space to feel more like home. My order came all together in 3 compact boxes. Yes 3 boxes. #1 for a rather large firepit, #2 were the 2 armless chairs & cushions plus the coffee table, #3 contained the 2 corner couch pieces & cushions. The packing was impeccable, every piece, down to the screws, were labeled with typed stickers that had the full description of what the piece was. All screws were in zip lock bags and labeled with their corresponding alphabet referred to in the instructions. I am so delighted with the excellent construction, durability and appearance of this set. The coffee table has a matte black glass top which is going to be much easier to keep clean. I put the entire set together by myself. If I can do it anyone can! I ordered the throw pillow covers separately from Amazon. They added the perfect pop of color I was looking for in this space.

My husband and I love this set. It did take him a little while to put it together. It is not a quick fix but well worth the time. Everything was here with no lost hardware and we were very happy that they gave us extra hardware just in case we lost something. We feel as though this product had quick shipping and was packaged pretty well. There was a tiny bend in the the little cover that goes over the rocks in the firepit but my husband fixed that really fast. We are not complaining about that. It was shipped separately in a smaller box. We love the quality and the color of this wicker and we liked the color we chose for the pillows. We definitely recommend this set and this company. This set comes with a firepit cover too. We thought that was a bonus!!!

Pretty easy to put together. Love the cushions they are comfy and easy to dry after rain. Wicker looks nice. I love that the cushions tie around the back of each piece so they don’t slip down and the seat cushions have velcro so they don’t move either! I’ll definitely be buying more from this company!

The media could not be loaded. As many folks are reluctant to buy furniture online, I was too; however, upon reading the many reviews and speaking with the seller I decided to give it a try. The furniture came through Fedex (fast) and the boxes were in good shape. Initially I came across several broken pieces but be assured that the seller 100% stands behind their products. He quickly shipped the replacements. We assembled the furniture in about 3 hours due to some initial learning curve but the assemble is very straight forward once you assemble one seat. I would like to mention that, as many as concerned about the seat thickness and comfort, the cushions are good 5-6 inches thick and very comfortable (5 stars). Also, the seats are pretty wide (26 inches) which provides ample of space to everyone. This was a major requirement for us since the hard and/or thin cushions would ruin the gazebo experience. This set has a unique hand rest (~8 inches wide) which is so much convenient to place the drinks and some small food items. Wide arm rests look grand and has an elegant feel. We are going to use the back side of the hand rests for wireless pads to charge iphone (5 stars). I think every patio furniture should have this option as standard since it’s so practical to have one. Overall, this is a very decent set of furniture with good cushions and fair pricing. The seller is responsive and stands behind their products (5 stars). This furniture is definitely worth buying.

We have assembled most of the pieces and can't wait to use them at a holiday BBQ this weekend! Product is great, just what we expected and wanted! Shipped in a timely manner and most of it was received quickly. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the shipping company on 2 of the 7 boxes not moving (we purchased the 15 pc set). Tracking numbers kept showing only "label created." The seller was wonderful to work with and worked closely with the shipping company, pressed the shipping company, and when the boxes couldn't be found, even sent 2 new boxes. That shipment was canceled shortly thereafter when the shipper finally located the first shipment. The seller then had the original shipment expedited. You won't find better service than this. They were absolutely wonderful, always responding quickly to my inquiries. I would definitely do business with them again!!!!!
