We have assembled most of the pieces and can't wait to use them at a holiday BBQ this weekend! Product is great, just what we expected and wanted! Shipped in a timely manner and most of it was received quickly. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the shipping company on 2 of the 7 boxes not moving (we purchased the 15 pc set). Tracking numbers kept showing only "label created." The seller was wonderful to work with and worked closely with the shipping company, pressed the shipping company, and when the boxes couldn't be found, even sent 2 new boxes. That shipment was canceled shortly thereafter when the shipper finally located the first shipment. The seller then had the original shipment expedited. You won't find better service than this. I am so happy i purchased this 14 piece set! I have been looking at it for months but afraid to buy it without seeing it in person. I am so grateful i did! I doesn’t look cheap as I feared, it’s quite comfortable, delivered in two days, tedious to put together but easy for two people, individual pieces are light enough for me to move by myself, and I LOVE this grey color! In the configuration I chose, I need one more middle sofa piece to make each side even (I like symmetry) so I emailed the seller to see if I can purchase one middle sofa piece and one extra coffee table. I am debating whether to purchase a custom made cover or just move the pieces in and buy something from Amazon. I chose not to link the pieces together for now but may do so in the future. Quality is much better then I expected. There were a few pieces damaged in shipping but so mild I am not bothered at all. The pieces do arrive at different times so don't freak out if it does not come together. I was concerned about a missing item and contacted support. They were quick in response and sure enough it arrived a few days later. I will say make sure you are ready for the time commitment to put this together as it is a beast. That being said. The media could not be loaded. Where do I start on this. Ok let's start on delivery packages came in several boxes over the course of a week. As you open these boxes you'll find everything in the Set box ( A, B, and C). I recomend when putting this togther you have a table to build this one or else you'll feel it in your lower back if your working on the floor. Also it was pretty easy to put togther but it would be way faster with a 2nd body helping especially when clipping the seats side by side it was difficult for one person. Also it looks great when it's built and it came with alot of extra pieces and I mean alot. I didn't get Box B but got alot of Box A so in the end I was supose to have 15 pieces turns out i got 17 pieces. Two extra tables so total of 4 of them vs 2 in the image. Inspect the hardware some came in already rusted so extra pieces came in clutch swapping out bad for good ones. Use your own tools ones provided hurt after awhile on the hands and wrists. Settting up the fire table was a task and the slide drawer mechanism didn't fit was too narrow after table was built had to Jimmy rig parts to make it wide enough to reach slide mechanics for a drawer type function. ... show more

This Large set is nice quality and spacious. A little time consuming putting together but easy. I purchased separate custom covers for the furniture on coversandall.com. Needed to because of the way we configured the furniture on our deck. All in all great furniture for the price. Very happy.
