Not much to dislike. Very supportive overall. Two motor mechanism was effective, just s little slower than would've been preferred. Front edge of Seat could use a taller "lip" to help prevent sliding forward, but that certainly is no deal breaker.

I have never writtten a review for anything, anywhere, anytime in my entire life. Never was impressed enough by any purchase to do so. Until now! My wife and I bought two of these to replace two very expensive La-Z-Boy power recliners that were part of our living room set fell apart after a few short years. Though the lifetime warranty on the frame was a determining factor in our decision to buy those, the service fee for labor for repairs became exorbitant (and had to be paid in cash). The plastic pieces used with the motors (five year warranty) also broke on both chairs rendering them useless. In addition, the bonded genuine leather covering on the chairs, as well as the sofa, began to peal away scattering small pieces of fabric all over room leading to constant vacuuming to keep the area clean. Gun shy about buying furniture sight unseen and physically untested, we overcame our apprehension primarily because of the 30 day return/refund guarantee provided with these chairs. So, we closed our eyes, crossed our fingers, rolled the dice and hit “complete your purchase”. And boy are we ever glad we did!!! Three days later the truck rolled up and my wife and I had two new leather power recliners sitting in our living room where two shabby wrecks had sat the day before. Everything was just as described and they worked perfectly. I had the two of them put together in less than an hour. And I’m 72 years old! There was, however, one very small defect in one of the pillowy arm rests on one of the chairs that did not bother me but annoyed my wife. Two weeks into living with these chairs, my wife insisted that we try to get the seller to send us a replacement for the armrest. So I emailed the seller that night. The next day I received a reply from the seller apologizing for the defect and stated that they would be more than happy to take care of my problem. Two days later my doorbell rings and there is a Fed-Ex delivery at my door with———wait for it———A BRAND NEW CHAIR!!! YES!!! A WHOLE NEW CHAIR!!! No questions asked; no hemming and hawing; no run around. No B.S.. Just a GREAT customer service response from this seller for a minor problem with there product. What more can you ask for?! That’s been our experience. Now that’s not to say that you’ll have the same experience but if our history is any indication then by all means, rolled the dice! Because this thing is heavy! The hardest part of assembly was freeing it from the box, after that the process was straight forward. It is comfortable, quiet and works well s l o w l y. The materials seem to be of suitable quality for a recliner. I found no defects, surprisingly for a product of China. It came in one box, well packed and protected, but HEAVY. If you don't have access to an appliance dolly, be sure to have a friend to help. The only improvement I could suggest would be to have lighted remotes. The one that controls the vibration and heat is acceptable, but the one that controls the chair's movement is dark on dark. Overall I am pleased with the purchase. I am only 5'6" and 200 lbs and the chair is almost too roomy. I would hazard to guess another 4 to 6 inches would be the sweet spot for this throne. As an example my head does not reach the "pillow" section of the upholstery when seated or reclined. Although I don't yet need the assistance in exiting the chair, I find that a little nudge in that direction allows me to put my feet on the floor. Otherwise I feel like a child on Santa's lap! Arrived all in one box. Easy, easy assembly. Motorized parts are a little slow, but I think you get that with any electrical powered furniture. Really does appear to be real leather according to Google description. Seems very sturdy, only time will tell how it holds up.

This chair is so soft and comfortable! I ordered this chair because I have Parkinson's and it is difficult to sleep lying flat. This chair allows me to control the angle of the backrest and footrest separately. Which is perfect for adjusting the chair to fit all my needs. The heat and message helps greatly with the muscle spasms and restless leg syndrome. The metal base under the chair is equal to the bottom of the chair providing a sturdy foundation for lifting.
