I was pleasantly surprised by this knife set. These knives are very easy to use. the comfortable handles with their non slip design and moderately weight make them great for cutting just about anything. For the amount you get with the 15 piece set, the quality of the stainless steel and sharpness of the blade are leagues above any I've tested in the same price point. Out of the box, it cuts through any meat or vegetable I had with ease. The variety of knives you receive is perfect for most of your kitchen needs. I've been actively using them for multiple months now and have noticed little to no dulling, not even feeling the need to use the sharpener block beyond testing it out. This set is not only visually appealing, but also functionally sound while being a great value. I really have nothing I can fault it on for the price bracket it's in; I think it would be a great set for those in need of a reliable knife collection without having to fork over a large amount of money. I would definitely recommend it!

I’m in love with this set. This set is beautiful and the black handle gives it a high-end look. The ASETY Knife Set is a great help this holiday season with so much preparation to do it has been nice not to have to worry about the sharpness of my knives. The Block helps keep everything in place if you are limited in counter space or drawers as I am. The set comes with a chef, bread, slicing, santoku, utility, paring, steak knife, and a shear. The built-in knife sharpener is perfect. My last couple of knives set, I got rid of because they stopped being sharp and I had nowhere to fix that. I know that if those get dull I like knowing that when it comes to sharpening the blade, the sharpener is at hand. The knives are very sharp. I was slicing something and it got my hand. I hardly felt it but bled profusely as it was a bit deep. So be very careful. The price range is also great. They remind me of an old knife set, that is now very pricey to use. They look elegant and high quality. I highly recommend this set.

When I first got this ASETY Knife Set, 15 PCS Kitchen knife Set with Bulti-in Sharpener Block, High Carbon Stainless Steel Knife Block Set, I wasn't too sure that I was going to really like it. But, after using it for some time now; I've found that I like it a lot. I like the assortment of knives that it has, I like the way they feel in my hand when I'm using them, I like how sharp they are and continue to stay, I like the sharpener in the set, and I like the way they look. These are now my go-to knives. Whenever I'm cutting, slicing or dicing; my hand goes straight for these. I recommend this knife set and believe it would make a great gift as well.

The media could not be loaded. Great quality, and sharp knife. Comfortable handles, but a bit too long. Great stand holds all the knives perfectly. Wish that it was a unibody but it’s two different parts with handle and knife being separate

The presentation of this knife set is 5 stars by itself. I was going to post photos, however from the photos already posted, one can see all the small details that this seller made to not only provide a quality knife set, however beautiful and durable enough to be a house warming gift for one. The handles are easy to grip and hold. The blades are sharp, however there is no real need to worry about that because the block even has a built in sharpener. The block that holds the knives are balanced- no wobbling when sitting on counter. These knives exceed my expectations. I’m extremely happy with this set. It’s a great value for such a beautiful, elegant and durable knife set. I highly recommend this set for anyone looking for a great knife set for yourself or to gift someone.

The only reason I didn't rate these higher was the thinness of the blades. They actually made me so nervous that I stopped using after the first day. They are sharp, and it is nice to be able to sharpen them on the block, but too thin.

So you know when you purchase knives at this price point that you are not going to get chef quality industrial durability equipment. That being said, this set is way above and beyond "cheap". The build quality is actually really nice and the knives seem to be holding a sharp edge for longer than I expected. The block is kind of lame but I wouldn't recommend using it anyway, just put them in a draw and save counter space. The scissors are nice and come apart for cleaning.
