I first bought the red bag 1 year ago. Excellent product. It holds my infusion supplies and is used daily. Black bag review (2 weeks) I decided to buy a second bag, in black to match other tactical medical supply bags I have. I was very disappointed to find out that the very features that made this bag stand out above the rest were not present on the black bag. As noted in the pictures, the black bag does not have the waterproof bottom. It does not have the feet. It also does not have the padded shoulder strap. I bought this bag over other cheaper ones for those features, and I am very disappointed to find them missing. Red bag review (1 year) I need to self infuse medications. This bag holds for me... 6 boxes meds (2.5in x 2 5in x 6in), dozen saline flushes, dozen 2x2 pads, Cohesive bandages, tapes, asst bandaid, dozen 23g butterflies, dozen 25g butterflies, dozen disposable pads (24in x 24in), heat wrap, 2 one handed tourniquet, box alcohol wipes, one rubber squeeze ball, hand sanitizer, and an infusion log book. The bag is used daily and has traveled with me on aircraft a dozen times. It is perfect for my needs and has held up well. The price was higher than other bag of similar size, but there are a few features this one has that others don't. The bottom is waterproof with 4 little feet to help keep the corners off the ground or puddle. The shoulder strap has a rubber pad. Great product and will buy again.

bought this as a jumpbag for my truck. Holds what I wanted to carry, workmanship seems good so far. We'll see how it holds up in the real world. So far I am pleased.

Good size for a basic kit. The only complaint is the Velcro for the flap needs to be lower to hold contents in main compartment more securely. But all in all not bad for the money.

This bag is a great starter size bag for Scouts first aid kits. Very visible, somewhat customizable. Easy to open and access inside compartments.
