The ONLY thing I don't like is the dual tubing on the stethoscope but it works like it should. I'm a long-term care nurse and simply don't need a $300.00 cardiac stethoscope. I can hear just fine and it comes with different tips for comfort in the ears. When you listen multiple times a day the hard tips can make your ears a bit sore. This comes with both hard and soft tips. If you want more accuracy at home with a manual cuff, this will be more than sufficient. Digital cuffs are great for saving time when you have a lot of patients but when I get a weird reading, I ALWAYS do a manual check. It's just more accurate.

GET IT I’m just starting school so I got it for a nice beginning set. The quality is good as it gets for the price. Everything came exactly as pictured, it is slightly hard to hear but most stethoscopes run a high price so it’s good to start with !!!! The bag is very compact and gives a waterproof vibe. I looked at a lot of different options on amazon before buying this one seems like the best I don’t regret it.
