Just order it last week and took it for a trip. It fits Southwest Airlines Carry on. Only downside is that it gets scratched up when check in (had wine on the return trip). Trying to get the black marks off, will try with a magic eraser. They need to provide a cover the them.

As like all the other reviews I picked these cases because of their unique look (making them easy to spot) and the minimalist cool vibe they have. The shell does seem pretty durable.. the 28” seems more sturdy then the 20”. I wanted matching luggage but am a little hesitant to keep the 20” cause I don’t want problems at the airport. My only complaint is how the zipper is attached. I wish it was attached to the shell versus being sewn on the inside. Overall I like the look and I want to be cute at the airport lol. ... show more
