Brought a 9x12, it came folded up due to size so creases was expected and boy were there a lot. However, I laid it topside down for a few and upon instructions I reverse rolled it and patiently allowed it to sit like that for 24 hours. Upon unraveling there were still some minor creases that probably would have resolved in the max recommended 48 hours, but they were so minor I felt they would resolve on its own and I was right. I laid it down, added rug tape to the edges and some middle parts and by the end of the day it completely flattened out. It is very soft without being a shag carpet! I have used my carpet cleaner on it a couple times now with ease and stains lifted easily after a spill. I love the design and it is the perfect size for my very large U shaped sectional!
