The set up for the back rest was a pain, I had the use the black screw with the top to finish the attachment. Other than that this chair is awesome and comfy xoxox

I ordered two of these chairs for my salon and they are okay. I’ve had them for around a month now & you definitely get what you pay for. They seem to be sturdy, but the lever to raise and lower the chair is very close to the bottom of the seat. You can’t even fit your foot between them. It pops a lot and makes a lot of noises when my clients sit in them. It is also very low to the ground. I am 5’7” & have a hard time with the nape of the neck on my clients, bc even when it is pumped up as high as possible, it’s still not high enough. The cushion is also not very comfortable, but it’s not the most uncomfortable chair ever either. On the flip side, they are exactly as pictured. The “leather” is very nice and the chairs look very professional. Very easy to put together, if you follow the instructions. They are very easy to clean & do not stain & are bleach-proof. They get the job done. All in all, I would more than likely order again (so far) simply because I am too cheap for Minerva Beauty salon chairs lol

If I could give less than one star I would. The old added you get what you pay for is unfortunately true. I was trying to save money and noticed these for sale under $200. When I open the box, they looked all right, but once put together, they fall apart the screws pop out. I should've known they would be a problem when the tool to put them together was an IKEA wrench. Do not buy these they are not worth it!

I purchased this chair to originally use as my styling chair but actually ended up using it as a stand in pedicure chair until I get my other one. Super comfortable and actually works pretty well for pedis! Easy to put together, took me maybe 30 minutes by myself to get it together. Perfect size, the seat is wide enough to fit all body shapes! The crack in the back is perfect for hair cutting, makes it easy to clean out the hair. Seems very durable and sturdy so far but I have only been using it for a few weeks. Sleek design and easy to clean material. I’m pretty impressed with this chair!
