Chair is nice and comfortable but the base is really is not sturdy at all. It slides. When a client leans forward it tilts forward causing a safety hazard. Not sturdy at all

Like the over all shape, not hard to work around but the foot rest can’t take a lot of weight. Nice clients think it’s ok to stand on the footrest I have know idea lol

Bought this to replace a chair I have been using for the past 15 years. This chair is wobbly. It’s hard to turn, and the hydraulic pump is a joke. You have approx. 2-3” range of pumping to move the seat up or it lowers back down. It’s incredibly low, it does not pump very high. I spent 2 1/2 times more on this chair than what I spent on my old chair, and I’ll be lucky to get a few years out of it. Disappointed to say the least.

I needed two new chairs for my hair salon I found these chairs to be extremely hard to put together the screws wouldn’t go in correctly it was a two-man job which it should not have been I would not order these again
