I love my chair. I get a lot of compliments on it. I did have problem with my jack up , but one of the guys in the shop fixed it for me. I’m 53. It is short person friendly, and it hold heavyweights as well.

The instructions were okay. They are nothing but pictures with arrows and few words so getting it together involved studying the picture and making sure I understood it before putting certain pieces together but for the most part it was very explanatory picture wise. I wish I knew it was going to come in two separate boxes because I got one box one day and the second box another day. So for a moment I thought I had been scammed. I messaged the seller who responded very quickly to inform me that the chair comes in two boxes that do not always come at the same time. I've been wanting a salon chair that reclines so I decided on this particular barber chair because I felt like it had a feminine touch and it's a little wider than the average salon chair for my bigger clients which I like as well as the head rest. I do plan on getting a cover for this chair because I want it to last me for some years. ... show more

I was worried about the chair being too big for my space, being as most with the extended foot rests are, however this chair is perfectly sized! Still had the “antique” feeling but modern enough to catch everyone’s attention. I had an issue when the chair arrived that the spring for the headrest was broken, and the seller was amazing at communicating and even sent videos on how to replace the part, as well as shipping the part free. The thing that I didn't like is that the barber chair is dangerous the reason why I say dangerous is when I'm shaving somebody the headrest does not lock I was shaving somebody just the other day and I cut them or Nick them and it was very embarrassing I sent the barbershop company and email and I get no response I also paid for insurance to cover the barber chair I just want to return this chair. The company which is the third party seller ghosted me then I went to Amazon and they gave me the runaround very sad very sad disappointed with Amazon they said they were going to refund me and then they said no and then they said yes and then they said no finally I went to my 2 year extra warranty plan I purchased for the chair and they told me no I talked to the warranty people and they blessed my game the warrants of people blessed me with the check for the chair but as far as the chair and Amazon I give them zero Stars and asurion the warranty I give them a five star actually I give him a 10 star to asurion warranty ... show more
