Nice looking faucet, great design with a nice waterfall faucet. You can install if you already have the correct hook ups, but if not you will need a plumber. But with the correct fittings I was able to install in about an hour. Very easy to use handles and everything seems of high quality.

Packed well, finish is great, easy to install, great look and great water flow! Make sure you have 1/2" ball valves to supply water - if you have a little 3/8" compression fitting you'll only get a trickle!

I have been eyeballing the waterfall faucets for a while, so when I saw this one it was a no brainer. It looks great and it is so calming to watch the water flow out of this faucet while you take a relaxing bath. It is a good quality faucet and should last a long time.

The product seem to be well made, but sometime there can be issues. In my case the cold water valve side leaks through and the hot water valve holds fine. After determining the cold water valve was bad, I called customer service. Hard for me to understand the person I was talking to and they wanted me to take a video. Hard to video a internal part……….I’m frustrated. Can’t find a web site to order a replacement part that I’m willing to buy. Called again……..same frustration. Can’t find web site to order parts………….Red Flag?? ... show more
