we bought this to compliment some brushed gold Kohler pieces for our master bath reno. i was skeptical because it was an off brand, and it arrived - i was SO happy! it is gorgeous quality, very sturdy, heavy. it looks so expensive and very high quality. i love it! Updated: the knob that controls water flow abs temperature stopped working. It’s as if it’s not gripping to turn the water on abs off. It was quite scary because my kid was in the bathtub and the water got too hot abs I couldn’t adjust it. I grabbed her and got her out but it took me a solid 2 minutes to get the knob to turn off the water!! Is this a common problem?!? Update 2.0- I emailed the seller and not even 18 hours later, Sophia reached out to me and showed true customer service. I walked her through the issue on the phone, I sent her a video showing exactly the issue and she has been extremely helpful and understanding of my frustration that I can’t use my tub faucet the way it is- not working at all. I always say that good customer service is not a measure of if you have a problem or not, it’s a measure of how quickly a company can help resolve customer issues. I’m still working with Sophia to help me close this but I have confidence that she will do the right thing.

I ordered this tub filler back in 2020. Looked great and worked great until the diverter no longer moved the water from the tub filler to the hand-held sprayer. The only way I could fill by tub was by using the hand held spray nozzle. I reached out to the seller in 2022 to see if there was anything I could do. They requested a video and then promptly sent me a new part to replace the faulty diverter valve. My husband installed it and it works like new! So happy - I thought I was going to have to replace my beautiful brushed gold tub filler! Do not hesitate to buy this. It is gorgeous and they stand behind their products.

I love the look of the tub filler. After it was installed, I noticed a very slow leak from the lower handle. I called the customer service number and after providing the details and a photo of the problem they sent me a replacement part as well as a tool to replace the cartridge. The woman who handled the problem was knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, it cost me $125 in plumbing cost to fix the problem.

I ordered this tub filler for a primary bathroom remodel and this product does not disappoint. It feels very substantially made and it is every bit as nice to look at as it is sturdy. I needed extra long hoses so I called customer support and I have to say Sofia provided first class service! I wish every company had a Sofia running their customer support!! I would not hesitate to buy from this company, you won’t be disappointed!

The Filler is gorgeous and solidly built, the color (Brushed Gold) is also amazing. The only issue is structural, the bottom tripod (that connects the tall vertical cylinder to the floor) has ONE tightening screw as opposed to at least three (60 degrees apart), this makes the vertical cylinder unstable at the very top and not only makes it feel cheap, but will also compromise the thread that holds the tripod and the cylinder together. To summarize: when filling the bathtub and then trying to move the spout away even a little bit the top of the filler moves at least 1 inch to one side, basically shaky as heck at the top.

This Artiqua Tub Filler was easy to install and it definitely looks great next to my freestanding Tub. My Plumber was able to easily follow the installation instructions. My wife and I are satisfied with the quality and looks of this tub filler.

This unit looks nice and was easy to install for the plumber. We will need to get used to it though because the switch is somewhat strange. Handheld shower is resting in a straight UP position, and if you turn the switch incorrectly, it will spray the whole bathroom. For now I have it laying inside my tub till we all get used to it.
