It's fine, I guess and I'll eventually use it, but it is so very messy and it doesn't have to be. I bought a very similar item from Temu (multiple times) and it is higher quality than this and about the same price. (It does take 2-3 weeks to arrive from China). This one sheds horribly. When I pulled it out of the bag it covered my dining room (and me) with fine green fibers that are hard to clean up effectively and make me itch. The one from Temu I am assuming was shaken out before shipping because it barely shed at all and was just as beautiful. Having said that, this is pretty and a good value for your money if you remember to open it and shake it outside before bringing it in your house. ... show more

    • Little fibers are itchy

The little green fibers flake off when you open the package or cut it (obviously). Not a big deal, just worth noting that they're very itchy. It cuts alright, and hot glue works well on it. I wish it was thicker and fluffier for my purposes, but as a base for adding onto, it works great.

This took forever to arrive and when it did, it was awful how much of the green moss fibers shed. I feel horrible for all the microfibers I just put into the environment. I threw it away. It might work for a school project or mini landscape model but not for what I'd hoped to use it for...a moss mat to block weed growth in areas of my yard.
