The reason for the purchase was I have a city easement behind my house & cannot fully fence it off but needed a way to partition the neighbor's dogs from my dog so they don't bark as much. Just perfect for the privacy we needed. Did have to buy bigger more industrial heavy weight zip ties to attach to my fence. The homeless loved it so much that they stole it 10 days later. Oh well..,. Just when we thought Portland, OR was turning a page.

This ivy fence cover is perfect for our use. Firstly, it came in the exact size we needed, so we didn’t have to cut anything. Secondly, We have a 5 foot tall black chain link fence. We have 4 dogs, 2 of whom love to bark at neighbors, cars going by, walkers, bike riders, trucks, etc. This cover works perfectly to block the dogs from seeing all of that, and therefore, cuts down on the barking. It’s totally blocked as the back of the ivy is black material. It doesn’t look that bad from the backyard side either! We’ve had several strong storms come through, and the weather has been horribly hot. The ivy cover hasn’t moved! Still looks great! So glad it works! Well worth it!

Our new neighbors have two sweet dogs but my four go bananas! Every time they are out they trample thru the plants and I am tired of it. I wanted to put up a wood fence but that would be ridiculously expensive. I did a search on here and found this incredible solution. So far so good! Very happy with my purchase. Now maybe things will grow and look pretty.

This looks a lot nicer in the Amazon photos, but it works well and it is different. This definitely adds privacy to my back porch (the area is heavily populated and the neighbors that are on the upper floors of the houses on the cross street can look in to many of the yards on my block) I attached this to the deck posts on my back porch and this privacy screen is effectively shielding my back porch deck from those neighbors, so I can enjoy spending time out there with privacy. I may have been expecting too much from the artificial ivy, it looks great on the description page. On my deck it looks OK; it looks much nicer from a distance, but as I said it is effectively providing privacy so I am happy with it, and it does look nicer all around than a plain dark screen.

This is easy to install with zip ties to an existing chain link fence. We got it to block out a spot so our dog did not bark constantly. Although it blocks it out mostly, the dog can see through it up close. But it works for the way it is advertised. Happy with the product.
