Company was quick to refund an error on my original order. Re-shipped the turf as seen in the pic which arrived earlier than promised. Another review I read mentioned that the material got too hot for their pets to lay down. Hottest day of the year so far and you cannot walk on it with bare feet. Wow it gets hot. I used this artificial turf for the run of my disabled chickens indoor coop. Worked perfectly!! It's very soft to the touch. Realistic looking. Was easy to cut to size with a box cutter (cut from the underside so you dont loose too much nap).
