So far, every single one of these are either dry or don’t have anything in them, was a waste of money

  • Fun, easy to use, affordable.
Style: Big barrel, Set of 40
I was looking for a potential posca marker dupe, and the reviews on these seemed good, as well as my own experience with arts a products being good. I haven’t used posca markers but so far these are nice to use. On an unprimed surface you get mostly what you’d expect with acrylic, the texture bubbling through from below, but on top of other paint, or a primed surface, these are nice and opaque. A little wetter than I would have expected but not unworkable. I used these to outline work I had already done in acrylic and just wanted some extra clean lining done on. You do have to press quite viciously to get the paint running, potentially ruining your other tips. I have yet to use these on any material other than plastic and canvas, which they’re excellent on, but I can see this working nicely on fabric and am eager to try it out. On to the cons. When it arrived, it was completely smashed up and opened. Luckily this was for myself, and not a gift, and since everything inside seemed to be working fine, it wasn’t too much of a loss. However, about five minutes later, as I tried to switch out a tip to test the other type, the tweezers included snapped clean apart. Definitely disappointing as the soft plastic will be less detrimental to a tip than the regular metal ones I’ll be using from now on. I have not tested every colour but the ones I have tested come out great, strong colour and the opacity is good aside from the wateryness. No strong smell. Even up close it’s very faint. All in all, 8.8/10. I feel as though the paint could be a little less watery, and the tweezers definitely need to not break after two uses. I still highly recommend arteza products as affordable choices. ... show more

  • Excellent acrylic paint markers for the price
Style: Big barrel, Set of 40
The media could not be loaded. Bought these as beginners voice, and because I read they are a very good and reliable option. Up to now I have just used them a couple of times, bit the second time I painted my kid's bike helmet. I bought these exactly to customize my kid's clothing, sneakers, accesorios etc. In the video uploaded I think that, for a beginner, they worked great! Of course they need some practice bit the paint flow is very good, just have to be patient to avoid the paint to look runny. I don't know of o will be using them on paper since I have brushes for that, bit I think they will be great to add some details to paintings. They say they are iv resistant so I'd they are ligjtflash or not is still about to be seen, but for the price you cannot go wrong. They come with 40 nib replacements and some tweezers for that purpose. Color selection is very wide and color brightness is top notch. ... show more

  • Different colours than is shown 😭
Style: Big barrel, Set of 40
They're great markers, but I got different colours from what is shown. There's like three greys, too many yellows, and NO purple. What the 😭 And the fine tip gets squished when you put on the cap 😭

  • A medium quality paint pen?
Style: Big barrel, Set of 40
To start, I've never used paint pens before so I did not know what to expect. That said, these really didn't fit the bill for my purposes - perhaps they will for yours. Here are some specific concerns. Intended projects: two pair of canvas shoes (reason for purchase, image attached) and a Moleskine book cover (hey, I've got the pens, let's paint a Moleskine). * Inconsistent color. Get the pens and put some test strokes on paper. Two days later, ready to paint shoes and I can't find that great teal color I painted two days before. That's because "Deep Teal" is darker than it was just two days ago. No kidding! I used "Spearmint Green" to highlight the teal. Looks great on the first shoe. Can barely tell the difference between the two colors on the second shoe. Yeah, that's frustrating. I didn't even bother highlighting on the second pair of shoes. Before you ask...yes, I shook the pens. * Low quantity. I ran out of teal. You can see how much I used in the attached picture. Even though I applied a couple of coats, that's not a lot of paint in that pen. Luckily, I was able to buy more "Deep Teal" from the Arteza website. * Fragile tips. The canvas absolutely shredded the tips, especially the fine tips. Nice and smooth on the Moleskine cover. So if you're painting a rough surface, just know you're gonna eat tips. Also, the paint went on great when the tips were new and got progressively worse as the tip degraded. * Fine tips even worse. You can't really pump them without blunting them. You also can't put the cap on using a fine tip. You have to switch it back around to the wedge or round tip to close the cap....nope! * No replacement round tips. The only replacements are wedge/fine tips. I kept stealing the round tips off other pens because they didn't last that long. They are not terrible pens and might be perfect for your use. Just consider the points above if you're buying for certain projects. Even though I have the pens, I will definitely not use them for another shoe project. ... show more
