Worked great right out of the box. Hooked to my computer, TV, and my quest 3 VR. Simple set up. Range worked great for TV and VR. And wifi works. Touch pad was snappy enough unlike a few others reviews stayed. Feels great and sturdy with the aluminum shell and keys are perfect to the touch. Instructions are good but lacking info of keyboard is left on will it go into sleep mode to save battery life. And also disappointed that it does not use USB C but rather the old out of date for many years now usb plug. Guessing an over stock on keyboards or parts to make them at this point in time. ... show more

    • Sturdy, multi-device keyboard.
I already owned an Arteck keyboard, so I was somewhat familiar with their products before I made this purchase. One thing that impresses me about this keyboard is how ruggedly it’s built. If you take a typical keyboard, and hold it from either end, and make a twisting motion, almost every one of them you hold will literally twist in your hands. The Arteck keyboard is a pleasant exception to that. It is extremely strong, due to the metal cover on it. Beyond that, The exceptionally clever design allows it to be paired with multiple devices simultaneously. It comes with its own USB dongle to plug into a PC, Mac, or even a Smart TV. It also has two different Bluetooth channels that allow it to be paired with TWO DIFFERENT iPads or smart phones etc., and then you can choose which device is connected to it with a touch of a button. As if all that wasn’t enough, this keyboard sports its own built-in rechargeable battery! There are no batteries to replace and the charge last a good long time before needing to be recharged. Now you should know that this is not a full sized clickable type keyboard. There is no numeric keypad on one side and the keys are small “Chiclet“ style keys, that only have a short throw travel. I would not want to use this as my every day keyboard on my PC, or if I was typing a novel, or using it for work at school. But, it works fantastic for entering search terms into my smart TV, Or to type on my iPad instead of using the on screen touch keyboard.     • Great keyboard with features on top of features
This has honestly got to be one of my best purchases from Amazon. Given I have hundreds, that means a lot. So that I don't end up rambling about why I like this keyboard, I'll sum it up with some bullet points... - High quality build - Great responsiveness from keys and trackpad - Cool and unique design (the photos don't do it justice even though it looks good there too) - Easy to type on due to the streamlined design - Zero issues with Bluetooth and never had to go back and restart the Bluetooth connection through the settings - Switching from the dongle to the 2 Bluetooth (and vice versa) is easy and has quick responsiveness (with some understandable delay in time to register) - Amazing customer support Two small things that would make this great device even better is if there were backlight options and if the keys could be quieter. The second might have more to do with induvial user's experiences but the option to have lights or none at all would likely make for an even better keyboard. ... show more

    • I really wanted this keyboard to be my answer!
I love the look of it, and it feels solid. I'm not an expert typist, and I have to look at the keyboard, but I am a writer, so I'm constantly at the desk. I don't know if I just don't get it, or if there may be a problem with the keyboard. But, it took me literally WEEKS to finally get it connected to my desktop, and I loved it...while it lasted. When I was finished for the night, I didn't do anything to either the keyboard or the desktop, I just left them on so I could pick up where I left off. Probably not the mosttefficient use , but it's how I do it. I returned to my desk about 12 hours later, and the keyboard was no longer connected. I really seem to have a hard time with Bluetooth devices staying connected from one session to the next. Maybe you're supposed to have to reconnect every time, but if that is the case, then Bluetooth is way too time consuming to use and I don't like it. Every time, I have to pair the keyboard with the desktop, and it can take several minutes to do that. Especially without a keyboard and mouse to navigate to the settings. That, on top of the fact there are a total of 4 other unidentified keyboards I have tried to use, I don't even know what to remove, so the count rises. I guess I need a course in how to understand technology. After messing around with it for often times more than an hour, just trying to figure out where I go wrong, I've either run out of motivation or don't have time to start something I know I won't be able to finish and consider it a total loss. I love the style and feel of this keyboard. But I can never get the thing to work properly. SOmetimes, if I do connect, I still only have the keyboard and have to find a mouse, which defeats the whole purpose. I've had it for several months now, and been able to use it for maybe 8-10 hours total. I was so happy with the feel of it and the size, and I am older now and my fingers just can't do those really small keyboards, plus I have a very cluttered desk since the fire and everything has been piled up on it for now. This allowed me to function (or would have) in a considerably smaller area while having everything in one. I'd buy another one just to see if maybe this one has some defect, but it's way too late to return it now, so it's just sitting on the pile that clutters my desk lol. Like a cruel joke. I can tell this is a well-made product, and I see a LOT of very satisfied reviews. I wanted to be one! But I'll do three stars, just because I think it is an isolated problem most people won't have.
