I got these recently cause I saw them on social media and they looked too good to be true. They don’t bleed through the paper (my sketchbook has very thin paper and there is no bleeding!!) and they’re very smooth to apply. They’re also very opaque! I also really love how you can stack the colors on top of each other with no issue, making it easy for layers and even fixing mistakes! Also, if you’re inpatient (like me) you don’t have to wait long for them to dry, maybe at most 30 seconds. These are the best markers I’ve purchased by far ‼️ ... show more

i loveddd using these markers, they are opaque and very smooth. i got these to have more color variety alongside my poscas. they later very well! however, some colors came feeling dried out, it feels like they will die within a few uses/ are already streaky. the streaky markers are not usable since they make the streaks feel fuzzy because of the uneven ink. i was very disappointed at the markers with little ink:( especially because the dark blue marker i looked forward to using was out of ink. ... show more

People say these are not super opaque but I think that’s the reason I like them. I use them for art illustrations and it lets me layer different colors to create new ones and textures. Just to be clear, they are opaque enough for me. I don’t find myself needing to go over every single part of the drawing multiple times, only when I absolutely need to, but this true for any other type of acrylic paint. Even artist grade acrylic paint have some colors that are transparent and somehow people think that markers will be the exception to this. I use 100% cotton watercolor paper and they look great! My only wish is that they had the numbers of the color on the actual marker and not on a separate sticker and one set doesn’t even provide that. The color in the caps are pretty close to the actual color and so far they haven’t dried up. I can’t comment on using these on any other material. ... show more

I’m an art teacher and let me say, if there was one tool I could get for all my students it would be these markers! They are incredibly fun and easy to get used to. I use them for my personal sketchbook work. -They flow easily and oh so smooth -The colors match the caps -They are bright and opaque -You can layer easily once dry -They dry super fast! -can use in any paper type with no bleed through I’ve tried just about every marker out there and for a “paint” marker these excellent above the rest. As far as markers go they are super versatile. You can use them on THIN paper and it won’t bleed through. ****I have purchased these now in August and December 2023 and the formula AND marker itself has changed. The colors are no longer the same as the previous version. The markets shown are not what you will currently receive. I’ve reached out to ARRTX about this ... show more

I really wanted to like these but I can’t quite get there. I bought the set and it arrived with one pen (J532) completely drained and spilled through the packaging. I returned it, received a replacement order and each marker was fine except J532. The ink didn’t leak out, but it would not fill the pen. It somehow dried in the end of the pen and would not spread to the nib. I do recommend their other acrylic brush markers, I love those. Not the simptap though. I won’t buy these again. ... show more
