WORST MISTAKE YOU'LL MAKE. This carport is useless. 20x30 feet of a LEAKING SIEVE! Absolutely every single area of the roof leaks profusely. Not like a drop or drip....water pours through it. This roof is 84 individual panels with pre-drilled holes. Each one overlaps the next with provided butyl tape ( provided) to seal between each panel. Highly labor intensive to install & absolutely worthless for anything other than a sunshade. Rain will POUR through every seam & screw. Impossible to repair leaks because you can't even get on the roof to try to seal it. The thin metal sheets will simply collapse under your weight. Roof panel ribs run horizontally so each rib holds a pool of water to insure it keeps leaking long after the rain has stopped. FIND THE REAL REVIEWS (HIDDEN) Complaint after complaint after complaint. ARROW CUSTOMER SERVICE has a pat cut & paste response to every complaint. " IF INSTALLED CORRECTLY THE ROOF SHOULD NOT LEAK". Once you install this you cannot repair it. My only option at this point is to remove all 84 panels & trash them. Then purchase a new roof & install with purlins. THIS IS THE WORST HOME IMPROVEMENT PURCHASE I'VE EVER MADE.! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! ( FIND REAL LIFE REVIEWS OF THIS CARPORT & READ THEM!) NOTE: purchased the 20 x 30 x 9 to allow my tractor to fit under. It is extremely " wobbly" as there is no horizontal support for the frame. ... show more

Product arrived with hidden damage, Due to design sheathing comes in 44 pieces that require hundreds of feet of seam sealing guaranteed to leak. Do not recommend. Better to buy locally with much longer panels with fewer joints and can be inspected before being unloaded.
