The only thing that went right with the purchase was the delivery, after that, the whole thing went South-FAST! We ordered a grey building and got a white one with grey interior because everything was cut backwards. No, it couldn't be reversed because the bends of the corners couldn't flip around. My husband had to drill about 95% of the holes because nothing matched up correctly. Don't bother making your pad square because the frame is not even close to being square. The instructions are a JOKE and I'm not sure what these folks have against using WORDS to go along with the POORLY drawn pictures. Either their machinists were having a really bad day, the CAD program was off or Quality Control had the month off because everything was off by a half inch or more. I wrote an email to the business and got ZERO response. I gave them a very generous time frame to respond and they chose not too. Just because it says "Made in America" doesn't mean it's quality; -sometimes it just means it costs more so someone can get that warm fuzzy feeling. Doesn't quality mean anything to a company that touts being made in America is always a good thing, in this case, I'm gonna have to say it isn't with this particular company. ... show more
